Vehicle Health Passport

One car. One passport. For life.

Understand the MotoDesk Vehicle Health Passport, vehicle history provenance, owner controls, privacy and professional PDF.

Vehicle Health Passport is one vehicle-centric record. It can hold permitted service, repair, mileage, condition and MOT information from authorised sources while owner management authority changes over time.

The Passport does not prove ownership from a registration number and does not turn an owner-declared item into garage-verified work. Provenance remains visible throughout the history.

What the history can show

  • MotoDesk garage work added through owner-approved access.
  • External garage contributions made through temporary, limited grants.
  • Owner-declared maintenance and mileage, clearly labelled as unverified owner input.
  • Permitted DVSA MOT information from the configured official integration.
  • Corrections, withdrawal and resolution without destructive deletion of history.

Private and transferable information

Vehicle history that describes the vehicle can remain with the Passport after a sale. The seller's email, phone, address, private documents, private notes and garage communications do not automatically transfer to the buyer.

Who added each record

Every timeline entry keeps its source and verification state. MotoDesk garage work, temporary external-garage submissions and owner-declared entries remain distinguishable so a reader can judge the record without an invented health score or assumed evidence.

Print and download

The owner can download the professional multipage Passport PDF. MotoDesk uses the official black logo, a restrained watermark, vehicle identity, permitted timeline and provenance. Missing information is left missing rather than invented.
